I could spend each day with you
Wake up, make coffee, cook breakfast with you
Throughout the day just be with you
And life would be so good
I could spend each night with you
Watch the sunset in each others eyes with you
I could lay my head down to sleep with you
And my dreams would be so good
I could walk for miles with you
I could talk for hours with you
I could spend my life with you
And life would be so good
Wake up, make coffee, cook breakfast with you
Throughout the day just be with you
And life would be so good
I could spend each night with you
Watch the sunset in each others eyes with you
I could lay my head down to sleep with you
And my dreams would be so good
I could walk for miles with you
I could talk for hours with you
I could spend my life with you
And life would be so good
This makes me think of a forever friend. If you are blessed to have even one such as the one in the poem you have it all. I could put my spin on this and it would be about my twin. I would want her close to me and help make her days brighter. Someone else's eyes could see a couple that will grow lovingly old together with a strong sense of commitment and friendship...
ReplyDeleteThat's it, Mom. All you need is that one person to have it all, you got it girl. :)
