I'm lost and confused in wondering when
And how it is I'll see you again
Without all of the barriers that block
What you and I may have and want.
It's hard to say just how I feel
Because I try to act like it's not real
But I think you know without me saying
And I would love nothing more than staying.
I want nothing but good for you
I want to see you smile the way you do
I never want to see pain in those eyes
I love how they seem to sparkle from the inside.
I'm here and I'm not running away
If ever there does come a day
That you need space or to see me go
